Check-in time: 1:00 P.M.
Early Check-in Fee: $5.00/hour
Check-out time: 11:00 A.M.
Late Check-out Fee: $5.00/hour.
Sorry, no tent camping, no outside enclosures and no open burning allowed.
For extended stay no RV’s or trailers older than 10 years.
Dogs, cats and other pets must be vaccinated as per Chapter 828.30, F.S.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and cash.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations, must be received at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations received within 48 hours of your arrival date will result in a credit card charge of one full night’s rental. “Any” cancellation of a monthly reservation will result in forfeiture of the entire $100 deposit.
No Shows: If you do not show up and you failed to notify us in compliance with our Cancellation Policy you will be charged on full night’s rental.
Early Departures: No refunds or price adjustments.
